I'm sorry to bring this here, but not sure who to talk to. I had unprotected sex a day or two before my estimated ovulation window. That was two and a half weeks ago. My period is due tomorrow, but I had some bleeding yesterday morning. I assumed my period was just early, but late last night I started getting the worst cramps I've ever had, I didn't know what to do with myself, nothing was relieving them. They carried on all night, even woke up crying out in pain three or four times. Today is almost as bad, but more of a constant cramp as opposed to the 'waves' I was having last night. My whole stomach feels tight and bloated like I have really bad trapped wind, though my bowels are moving fine. The slightest pressure on my lower stomach feels like I'm being stabbed, even standing up straight feels like something is pulling inside. My cat walked over me when I was lying down and it made me yelp. I'm barely bleeding now, and usually the first two or three days of my period are super heavy. I don't have a tampon in because the pressure inside is too much.
Am I overthinking this? Or could this be a very early miscarriage? Just so you know folks, I have no familiarity with sites like this or the acronyms I've seen used!
