Pregnant again?

Hi everyone,

I had a miscarriage nearly 3 weeks ago, I was 8/9 weeks.

I still have some bleeding but not a lot. I have been having unprotected sex 2/3 times a week.

I took a test and have noticed it's still positive? Is this normal? It doesn't even look faded.

@shansmith22 my test stayed positive for a while after the mc so think it can take ages to come down! I’d keep testing if I were you to make sure it does go negative in case there’s anything retained xx

@shansmith22 my hospital told me to test 3 weeks after MC and if it was still positive to call them as there could be retained products. My first MC took 6 weeks for a negative pregnancy test. Maybe give the EPU a ring

Sorry for your loss. You will need to contact your EPU if you haven't had a negative test by now.
