hCG zero / high LH?

What do you make of this?

The hcg tests are sensitive ones less than 10 mIU/ml. I have been following the hcg down since Monday after a missed miscarriage 2 weeks ago (hcg test strips from M, W Th, F). The hcg must be under 5mIU/ml now, even though there is the faintest line. My body temperature has only started to drop steadily this week since Tuesday from what it was steady at during pregnancy.

Is the LH test today because there is still enough hcg to interfere with it? There is hardly any hcg left, so my LH must be fairly high?

Usually I do a baseline LH test - always very low and totally blank white - at the start of a cycle on the Premom app, so that's what I was trying to do once the hcg was out of my system.

I know that is not a positive LH test, but it looks very close to what I get before I do get a positive. With LH tests I seem to get lag either way, where they can actually upset our timing - sometimes by the time I get a positive LH test it's too late, and sometimes it's too early as I usually get a sustained surge over multiple days. I still have at least another week I think before I would ovulate, unless the pregnancy has given my endocrine system a kick.

I guess maybe as things settle down they can still be all over the place. My Ava app always estimates I'll ovulate earlier than I do and says before the end of next week, putting my miscarriage as CD1. Fertility friend always settles between CD21-26 and has become reliable for me this year, but obviously retrospectively with bbt shift. Between them they give us a window of about CD 16-26. I thought both would be off or out and delayed by a couple of weeks waiting for the hcg to drop down.
