Hello, I had a miscarriage on the 23rd of August. I haven't had my period yet and it's been 6 weeks now..we haven't been preventing pregnancy but I honestly didn't /don't think it will happen for us straight away but have been using pull out method. I have been having some little things. I'm exhausted, off and on feeling a bit nauseous and just don't feel myself.

The pregnancy tests don't look positive to me but I can see little lines (putting it down to indents) when did you get your period after miscarriage?

Im in the same boat, found out on 23rd August that the baby’s heartbeat had stopped, had medical management on 25th August and the baby’s passed approx 2.5 weeks later.
I’ve not yet had a period only very light spotting last Thursday/Friday which has now stopped.
I conceived via IVF so not pregnant but would be interested to see how long it took for others to get their period after a miscarriage.

Hello, I had 2 miscarriages and got my period around a month after both. I usually have a regular 24 day cycle (tracked my period for the past 4 years) but after the pregnancy losses it went abit out of sync. I had 2 normal period/cycles after the last miscarriage, then got a strong positive pregnancy test at 19DPO on the third cycle. Currently hoping this pregnancy goes healthy and well.

Hi, I’ve also had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago, had spotting last week, and then I thought I had come on my period yesterday evening as the bleeding was heavier than spotting. Woke up this morning and nothing at all, so confused! Has anyone else experienced anything like this? X
