Trying again?

About a week ago I suffered a miscarriage, I was 9 weeks.
I passed the pregnancy this was confirmed by a ultrasound yesterday.
I did have medical management (tablets).
I am still bleeding.
I am just curious as to when I can "try again" ?
My gynaecologist said I can try straight away and some women get pregnant before their next period.
I did baby dance last night and to be honest it just didn't feel great with the blood ect I think after last night I will wait a few more days.
Has anyone got any tips on trying again? I obviously have NO idea where I am at in my cycle so when to baby dance I have no clue.

Hey so sorry about you loss !!! Xxxx sending love ! But why are you trying while still bleeding ? Ideally you should wait until bleeding stops completely and then start tracking ovulation by tests to know when you’re ovulating . I’m 100% sure you’re not ovulating yet as you’re still bleeding xx just buy some tests from Amazon , cheap ones and start testing for ovulation and when it’s positive then start trying good luck xx
