I had a mmc at 21 weeks on 08/09. I had a retained placenta removed surgically and a haemorrhage and 2 weeks later I had sepsis. While investigating they saw a few bits of retained products (1cm clot was mentioned) but they said these should pass with my next period. I am breastfeeding my 2 yo so rarely get periods, what would happen if I was to get pregnant at ovulation before a first period? Is there any way to know when my womb would be ready? I'm finding it tough to think of waiting to try for months but I also dont want to not be physically ready....
