Medical management - nothing happening

In hospital after very heavy bleeding at 11w. Scan confirmed MMC and sac already on its way to cervix. By this time bleeding had calmed down. Opted for medical management and had the last tablet about 4am.

Overnight/this morning have hardly pased any clots, not foetal matter and I'm barely cramping. Yesterday's consultant said I'd be here until it was sorted but today's talked about 24-48 hours til things got moving and then I'd be managed as an outpatient.

Not sure now what to think and what to ask /advocate for. Bit scared of having to manage the pain and mess myself.

Welcome experienced thoughts /perspectives.

I opted for medical management too, went in on the Saturday, nothing happened so had to stay until Sunday, still just normal bleeding no pregnancy tissue passed so went home! I lost the baby on Wednesday, honestly I felt much better at home! Pain was really minimal and the bleeding itself was not bad. I work from home so I was lucky that I could be here all week to wait for it to happen.
Don’t panic too much, I was really scared after hearing peoples horror stories but in my case it was really manageable xx

Thanks @ChloeN
I ended up having another scan on the Wednesday morning (medical management Monday afternoon /overnight).

Scan showed womb not clear so sent for surgical ERPC under general anaesthetic on Wednesday PM.
