I’m around 8 weeks pregnant and this has happened during the night, it’s stopped now but I’m not sure if it’s the sex that stopped it (like it delays periods) I have period cramps

it is hard to tell as I’m not a medical professional but this is similar to how mind started 😞 I am so sorry if it it, but praying for you it is not. Have you called your local EPAU, they should be able to get you booked in and scanned.

Yes contact epu for a scan. It could be, but may not be. Have you had an early scan?

Please contact your midwife or EPU. It could be a miscarriage, or it could just be bleeding. A friend of mine bled like this through the whole of the first trimester and delivered safely at term, whereas for me it was a miscarriage.
