Hi wondering if anyone has been through similar or have any suggestions. I had last period early July and started trying for baby in mid July after first cycle of clomid. I did a preg test 5 days ago and was positive (4 weeks preg) - then 2 days later started getting abdominal cramps, diarrhoea and bad back pain. I suspected it could have been a miscarriage but there was no bleeding at all. Took another preg test and it came out negative. Bloods done at hospital and negative too. They said could have been a miscarriage and should start period soon but so upset as never been through this and thought there is blood with miscarriage. Now on day 33 and still no period and still negative. Does anyone know when periods start after a miscarriage or whether this is something caused by taking fertility medication like clomid
