Taking medication today for MC - nervous

We lost our baby sadly - I'm 11 weeks but it was a missed miscarriage so the baby was measuring smaller.

I wanted to pass it naturally but it hasn't come in a week so I'm taking the medication today at the hospital - feeling very nervous. I haven't had much bleeding yet.

Has anyone got any recommendations?

My mum is coming with me to the hospital bless her. She will be with me when it happens.

I had a MC in February - it was natural at 8 weeks but incredibly painful which I completely didn't expect - my husband was with me then and it was probably quite distrasing for him.

My mum is 70 now and I am worried seeing me in so much pain will upset her.

Do you know How Long will recovery take? Do you think I can be back at work on Monday (as I've had this week off).

Any tips or words of wisdom I would gratefully appreciate it.

(FYI I know Surgery is pain free and suits many people but I don't want to do that)

Thank you
Xx

Hey💕 I had medical management last weekend. I personally had the medication 3 times over 2 days as I was bleeding but not passing the pregnancy tissue. I didn’t have hardly any pain but I never had period pain anyway (not sure if it’s related)
I went back to work Monday as felt fine, and believe I passed the pregnancy tissue at home yesterday with just mild stomach pains.
I was really scared but it was nowhere near as bad as I expected but I suppose everyone is different!xx
