Miscarriage or blood clots

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and last night I’ve noticed this when I went to the toilet. I’m not sure if it’s a blood clot or Miscarriage

Have you had any bleeding since? Have your pregnancy symptoms subsided? Any cramping?

Yess still bleeding but not as much. And no the cramps has stopped. The only pregnancy symptoms I get is tender breast.
