Methotrexate for ectopic bleeding 3 months on

Hi, I had the methotrexate injection the end of April for pregnancy of unknown location/ectopic. I only had bleeding for a couple of days before my period arrived. I then started the contraceptive pill shortly after and have been on that for 2 1/2 months where I don't have a break. For the past 3 days I have had brown discharge, that's stretchy and long (sorry tmi) but I haven't missed my pill for this to happen. It also resembles what I previously had after having the injection. I've done a pregnancy test and I'm not pregnant.
I was just wondering whether anyone else has had a similar experience since it has been 3 months since the injection

So sorry for your experience. I hope you have recovered well ? .. I just wondered how they came to the conclusion . We're you scanned ? Did u have bleeding or back ache.
What was it like having the methotrexate injection.. I have pul with bleeding and cramping.. but hcg is rising ,even doubled once..
