Trigger warning: Possible miscarriage

I started with intense pains the other day what felt like contractions a few days later when i went to the toilet and wiped there was pink blood so i put a tampon in thinking my period was coming, the next morning i woke up covered in blood went to change my tampon and there was a big blood clot on it and something else ive never seen before like snot that looked like it had veins in it, i wasnt aware of being pregnant so im not sure what this is my friend said it looks like a possible miscarriage but im unsure as the doctor wont see me, can post a photo below if needed.

have you taken a pregnancy test? it could just be a heavier than usual period.

If you have a positive test then it’s likely a miscarriage. Could just be a heavy period

The bleeding has calmed down alot since i passed this but will take a pregnancy test in the morning

That looks like a possible miscarriage to me. I could be wrong though but the end looks like a foetus.
