Cramping but no bleeding..

Hi everyone, sadly going through miscarriage number 4. All my nhs tests were normal, told ne to try again and here we are.

i was on progesterone, stopped this mon evening, i have period type cramps in my back. I usually always have a missed miscarriage and take weeks to bleed, i just have the cramps no bleeding at all. Is this progesterone withdrawal or is it the start of the miscarriage?

i would be 7+1 but pregnancy only had yolk sac, possibly twins apparently. Also a big hematoma next to the sac, would this come out like a clot?

im scared, my first natural one i ended up in hosp.

i wonder how long this will go on for, also frightened as i have no family nearby and a toddler go look after whilst this is happening. Scared if i need to get to hosp and i am alone.

i'm so sorry you're going through this. unfortunately, miscarriages are really varied so its not really possible to give you an idea what to expect. unlike many people who speak about their miscarriage experience, i didn't have heavy bleeding or clots or even cramping. i had light bleeding for 4 days, enough to need a pad but not for it to need changing often, with one or two small clots and one day of light cramping. be gentle with yourself and i hope you're able to have a successful pregnancy soon.
