Miscarriage - trapped wind pain any tips please?

3rd miscarriage for me
First was MMC so had surgery
2nd was at 4.5/5 weeks so just a heavy period.
This is happened naturally around 6 weeks (scan confirmed it didn't develop - blighted ovum)
No longer bleeding didn't overly have alot of pain but my god now I'm suffering with trapped wind pain and pain when trying to have a bowel movement.

Anyone else have this? The tiniest release of wind absolutely kills me!

Yes, I had this. It started about 8-9 days after my erpc as fairly mild. It got worse and was horrible pain at 11-12 days. I think part of it was constipation and occured just before bowel movements. After then it slowly eased up. Hopefully it’s temporary for you as well.

Thank you yes mine was worse before a bowel movement. Lasted a few days with dodgy tummy but seem to be okay now.
