Is this a miscarriage?

I started spotting after having sex on Wednesday and then what seemed like my usual period on Monday and then on Tuesday I passed a small clot and had bleeding like a stream and then a medium sized clot came out and the bleeding near enough stopped after and today (Wednesday) I’ve had nothing at all but brown spotting.

is this a miscarriage or an odd period blood clot?

I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests in the last 2 weeks and they have been negative so if this is a miscarriage I had no idea I was pregnant.
