Weak and exhausted after surgical management of miscarriage

Hi all!
After some advice really, I had my first miscarriage a few weeks ago which resulted in me having to have a surgery.
I don’t feel unwell anymore but I can’t even walk down the road without being completely out of breath. I feel so unbelievably weak, is this normal? I didn’t get any advice when I left hospital. I thought after a few weeks I’d be feeling better but it’s not changing.
Anyone else experienced this?
xxxx

I should probably add I was 11 weeks but the pregnancy hadn’t grown past 5 weeks

You could have a blood clot on your lung as a result of immobility after your surgery. Best see your gp. So sorry for your loss xx

Hey op, sorry to hear this. I had a spontaneous miscarriage about 10 days ago and also feel very weak, not quite so bad but very lightheaded sometimes and absolutely exhausted. I'm thinking it may be low iron due to the bleeding so going to ask to be checked. Maybe you could check that too?
Hope you feel better soon x
