Hi all I had a missed miscarriage at my 12 week scan. I had a D&C two weeks ago. I had very light/minimal bleeding after for about a day which was very red so I imagine more to do with the procedure. Yesterday and today I feel like I'm getting my period and have very small amount of brown spotting. I am still showing positive on a pregnancy test which I know is normal. Do you think this could be my period or just still an after effect of the D&C? I'm hoping my period makes a quick appearance so we can try again. Would I even get a period if I am still showing as positive on a pregnancy test. I track my ovulation through BBT but typically thermometer broke just as I had the procedure done.
