I'm not pregnant, since having to have a medical abortion in January- this happened today. 6 months on, I’ve had random discharge between periods, shorter periods and now this. Really worried. Just feel this is never ending

That does look like tissue rather than blood- but I'm not an expert. Perhaps your hormones haven't settled yet, or there could be something else going on. Do check with your GP if you're worried
