Bleeding for one week

Just after some advice as have read so many things on-line and feeling confused and overwhelmed. I came off the pill a couple of months ago (pill I was on stopped my periods) I had what I thought was my first period on 27th May but later read this could have been a withdrawal bleed? I started to get tummy cramps last Thursday and light spotting on toilet tissue, did a test and showed I was 1-2 weeks pregnant. Later that night the cramps got worse and bleeding worse. By Friday morning still cramping and back to spotting on tissue. Later that day bleeding got worse. To cut a long story short I have had slight cramping and bleeding on tissue all week. Sore breasts and felt sick. Pregnancy symptoms don’t seem as strong today and had a bit more of a heavy bleed yesterday (not enough to be a period) seems to have all stopped today which is one week. Still testing positive now 2-3 weeks and booked in for a blood test today and Monday. Has anyone been through something similar? Could it be possible to bleed and cramp for a week and still have a viable pregnancy or should I probably face reality that I have either MC or had a chemical pregnancy 😢

Hello, this is so hard to go through and the worst part is that you really can't predict the result, you just have to wait it out.
It does sound like a miscarriage but there will be people who have had similar and gone on to be fine - I know I had spotting at the start with two successful pregnancies, and cramping can be implantation sometimes. I hope you get good news and that the waiting time is a short as it can be! Thanks
