Has anyone got the copper coil and had issues with it?
So five days before my period was due, I was having belly cramps and back ache. At day 3 I had severe belly cramps where it felt like labour pains! Normal pain killers wouldn't touch it! (I have one 2 year old currently.). That day I was spotting brown for two days and I'm slightly heavier today (a red brown, now more dark red colour. But its lighter than normal. (Today is my actual period due date) so most likely why I'm heavier today? I've had the copper coil in for 16 months and having sharp pains today in the right side and back pain. I haven't had issues before. Normally my periods are moderate to heavy and haven't experienced the spotting or pains like this until recently with my coil?
I don't really have time to go to the doctors at the moment as we are moving. I plan on going on Monday if i can. Has anyone had this before? Is it normal? 🤔
