Bleeding and large clots

I should be 6 weeks and 4 days today.
On Sunday I had small amount of pink discharge, this then went to some brown blood and red blood when wiping for the last 2 days.
I went for a scan today and the doctor said everything looked fine and there was a heartbeat but that I was actually. Measuring 5/6 weeks?

When I got home there was slightly more bleeding then tapered off. Within an hour of being up this morning I am bleeding heavily and lots of bright red, large clots, I've never had this much clothing with miscarriage on my previous 2

I am fearful that this is turning into a miscarriage, I was prepared for that initially as I am 41, but now I've seen that heartbeat I'm not prepared for it

I meant the scan was yesterday, saw heart beat and heavy bleeding and lots of clots started this morning

Is another scan an option? A private one? They do early reassurance scans. I paid £55 for each of mine. Hope things settle down for you 🤞

My doctor has booked me in for a scan on Tuesday with the EPU as yesterday there were so many clots, neither of my last 2 miscarriages had that much and because I'm in so much pain, it's like the start of labour
