Bleeding/cramping/period after TFMR

Hi,
I don’t know if this is the right place to ask about this all, but I don’t know where else to ask.
I had a TFMR at 16.5weeks which was 2.5 weeks ago-
Has anyone been in the same situation and can explain how long the bleeding cramping goes on for and when I should expect my first period?
I had heavy bleeding for about a week, then spotting for about another week or so, I thought by Saturday everything had finished, but today I’ve had some cramping but nothing more? No blood or anything?
what does this mean ? When am I likely to have a period ?

sorry if this is too much info, but I just need some advice from someone who’s been through it too, x

Did you find out what’s happening? I’m debating whether to ask for a scan.
