Sharp pain in uterus ,cervix after ERPC

I had an ERPC 6 days ago. I was told by the Doctor that surgery was successful and I had vacuum aspiration and they have scraped the lining of the uterus.
The recovery was ok first 2 days. On 3rd day I had labour like pains for about 1 hour . It was really scary but it passed.
Then yesterday I didn't not bleed and me and my husband got close , it was very gentle. I felt good so we went for a 4 km walk.
Since after the walk I have pain in uterus/pelvis whenever I sneeze ,cough ,seat down or move suddenly. I had a temp of 38 yesterday but it's ok now.
I rang EPU who said to ring GP as I can't self reffer to them (not sure then why it says on discharge note to contact them if I have any symptoms of infection ) . GP can't see me today so asked to ring EPU again. The nurse said its nothing to do with my operation as it was just a very simple surgery and asked me to do covid test .

I am not sure if what I am experiencing is normal. What could it be ?

It feels a bit like when I had c section (but inside)and I couldn't sneeze etc due to pain in wound.

@Pregnantandvworried I would explain my pain slightly different, but similar in terms of the timing.

I had ERPC just over three weeks ago. Days 2-6 were completely fine with mostly no pain, but I did have moderate amount of bleeding. Then day 7 onwards the bleeding stopped and for about 4-5 days I had random weird pains in my uterus that would come and go. I wouldn’t explain it as intense like my miscarriage pain but I was very concerned about it. Then day 11ish the pain moved further down from my uterus area. Sorry tmi. Then on day 12 I had horrendous pain when I needed a number 2. So I think for me it might have been constipation or my bowel upsetting my uterus? I don’t know.

As of day 14 I have been pain free.

I hope you can talk to someone and they can help. If not, hopefully it will go soon. I spent a while looking online and it ranged from it being normal due to the uterus being sensitive/reducing back to size through to infection.
