When will I have a negative test 😔

Hi all,

I had an ERPC for a 9 week mmc on the 18th June. That was just over 3 weeks ago and I've done a pregnancy test and it's still a faint positive. I've done a few tests over the past few weeks and the lines certainly been getting fainter, but it's still visible. How long did it take for you to get a negative test? Also could I still ovulate with low amounts of HCG in my system? I'm absolutely desperate to try again. Xxxxx

Sorry for your loss. I had an ERPC exactly a year ago today. It took 9 weeks for me to get a negative pregnancy test! No retained tissue or anything. I've had 2 other miscarriages also and the tests were negative in a week. I think it's one of those things where it's different every time

Oh I'm so sorry OP.

I had a mmc at 8.5 weeks (baby was 6 weeks) and my FRER was positive for about 4 weeks after.

Oh and I ovulated about a week before the FRER was negative.
