it has been one year ago since I had my miscarriage.... I can remember pretty much every detail from that day. So weird! i mostly remember the hideous hospital curtains ...i made my counsellor laugh when i told her that and she said it is weird what trauma can do to us and what sticks out the most.
It was an ICSI pregnancy too so now currently waiting to get back within the NHS BMI criteria to transfer our last frozen embryos. Throwing all my energy into losing weight, excercising and preparing my body for the next transfer

Im going to write today off as a sad day and just not expect much. Im at work until lunch time and then I have a dental appointment ( really bad luck !) After that, ill be at home with my boyfriend, get some exercise done, then a nice dinner and watch some crap telly 💕

I think it's a kind of trauma response to remember small details so well. Best of luck as you go forward. I have a good feeling about how you will get on Flowers
