Bleeding and cramping

Hi,

After some advice really. Pregnant around 6 weeks I believe. Yesterday when I wiped I noticed a tiny bit of blood, last night I had some cramping which has continued today too.
I'm bleeding a little today, not much but wee is red when I go to the toilet. No clots but as I say medium main cramping.

I'm due to go on holiday tomorrow with my dd (uk but only us 2)

I really don't know what to do? If I go to the hospital will they do anything? Do I just have to wait it out and see what happens?

I’m so sorry you are going through this stress. I wouldn’t give your local EPAU a call and see what they suggest.
Thinking of you 💐

Thank you, I called them and they said there's nothing they can do and basically see what happens

@secondt take care.

If you decide to go on holiday, take note of the local EPAU number, just in case things change and if you really are not well a&e.

I 🙏 this is not your situation, I’m just coming to end end of a miscarriage and it started on thurs, passed a lot on the sat but either side not a lot else. Like a light period. Just look after yourself and I hope everything works out for you.

💐

Thank you so much.

I'm sorry to hear you went through something similar. Do you mind I ask how yours started and when the pain eased up?

The bleeding is actually quite minimal but the pain i would describe as bad period pains.

@secondt Thank you, that means a lot.

the cramping wasn’t too bad, but it felt like like light period cramps. I would say they have now stopped (a week later) I started with brown discharge , then red streaked type, then pinky. I then passed a large clot and the sac etc a couple of days later - sorry for TMI.
But it can be quite normal to bleed apparently and have a healthy pregnancy, I am so sorry you’re going through this. I hope it works out.

Thank you. I've just passed the tissue now and the cramping has completely stopped so I know it is complete.

I really hope you're okay and everything works out okay for you long term.

I really hope you are ok, this is a worrying time.
The same thing happened to me at six weeks I was going to do nothing but my sister told me to call my GP who was great and referred me to the EPAS within 2 days the bleeding for me was a suspected loss of a twin, sadly I lost the other at 8 weeks.
I would call your GP and hopefully they have some more influence to refer you you should be able to have a scan to see what’s happening. I really hope everything is ok for you, take care of yourself x
