MVA and positive tests

Help! Does anyone know how long you get positive tests after an MVA for missed miscarriage? It's been almost five weeks (will be 5 weeks on Thursday). Last week I started feeling exactly like I do when I'm early pregnant, did a test and it was faintly positive. But I've done one every few days since and they're not getting lighter or darker. I'm driving myself nuts! Not sure if I should call the EPU or wait a bit longer. Would this be residual hormones from the miscarriage still? The doctor who did the MVA scanned me after and said my uterus was completely clear. But these tests... argh!

Not sure if it'll attach but this is a test from this morning. It's faint but I'm pretty sure it's positive.

Call EPU, it can be retained tissue, you should do test after 3 weeks and if positive call EPU

Thanks for the reply! Ah, they didn't tell me to do a test at 3 weeks but that would've been so helpful. I'll call the EPU tomorrow. I really just wish this was all over with.

I feel you, I had to have surgical management twice in one miscarriage due to retained tissue.
