I'm just coming to the end of a pregnancy loss and thinking about trying again. I'd love to listen to some good audiobooks / podcasts that have sections about MC and conception after a MC. DP has been listening to some audiobooks about pregnancy for men (seemed to have quite a pragmatic and anecdotal approach) and has said they've really helped him to come to terms with our MC and what comes next. I don’t feel like I've had that and everything I've listened to talks about what to do after a positive test.

Recommendations please!

Julia Bueno's The Brink of Being is very sensitive and thoughtful. She's a therapist and draws on her experience of helping clients heal from MC loss. Not sure if it's available in audiobook form, sorry
