Stopping Fragmin at 16 weeks?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone can share their experience if they went through anything similar. I've previously had 3 miscarriages, all early around 5-6 weeks. After those 3, we went through IVF and I was prescribed Fragmin 5,000 from the recurrent miscarriage clinic (through NHS), I started it a few days before the embryo transfer. I am now 16 weeks pregnant and everything seems to be going well so far, this morning I had a follow up appointment with the recurrent miscarriage clinic and they told me to stop Fragmin. While I am very happy to stop having to inject myself every day, I am extremely anxious about stopping the medication cold turkey. They said it is not needed anymore at this stage. Has anyone been through the same and stopped Fragmin (or any blood thinner) and continued to have a successful pregnancy? I would be extremely grateful for any replies. Let me also add that I take Aspirin 75 daily and they said to continue that.

I was on Fragmin after an IvF transfer and had to stop at 7 weeks after a massive bleed from a haematoma - much, much earlier than recommended! Currently 27 weeks and all okay so far. At some point I just had to put my trust in the clinic.
