2nd miscarriage and not coping

I had my 2nd miscarriage last week. Myself and OH have no children.

I'm finding it extremely difficult, especially after my friends tell me about their kids or how they'd "love to have #3"

I feel like it's never going to happen

I am so sorry for your losses. I am in a similar position. Also looking for hope. Sorry I have nothing positive to add just didn't want to read and run.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I've had two miscarriages followed by three healthy children. Although it is common that doesn't make it any easier. Counseling really helped me when I couldn't cope after my second miscarriage, maybe you could consider something similar. Be kind to yourself and seek emotional support. It's so hard.
