Pregnancy bleeding

Any advice please!!
I’m 6 weeks pregnant and 4 hours ago I’ve started bleeding very heavily big blood clots.
Been A&E they tested my urine for infection (none) and took a pregnancy test which is positive. (I know I can still test positive after a miscarriage).
I’m in not pain barley any cramps. I feel bloated and have terrible wind!
Waiting on a phone call from the early pregnancy unit to have a scan.
Has anyone experienced this and come out smiling?!
I need hope!!

I have just experience exact same thing this weekend, i am 6w4days pregnant, do you have an update? Have you had any further scans?,

I have to wait 4 days til I have a scan to find out, told it’s a threatened miscarriage, so just a waiting game now! I read stories of success and stories where it’s lead to mc, So I found your post as I was wondering the same questions which you had!

When I was 9 weeks I had a massive blood clot 'fall' out - followed by several hours of bright red blood. I was absolutely distraught. I was at work when it happened and a colleague called my husband to come and get me and he took me to a&e - I think he was scared by the amount of blood. I was there from 12.30 until 8pm and didn't have any answers when I left. They booked me in for a scan for the following Tuesday - so 5 days later!

I spent those five days googling and reading stories on here. I was 90% convinced I'd miscarried - I had to throw my underwear and tights away as they were unsalvageable - but she is 18 months old now and snuggling into me as a type.

I genuinely think these things can go either way and no one knows until the scan. Which is horrid and so so difficult I know. I'm telling you what happened to me but I've shared this story on here before and sometimes the OP comes back to say the baby is still kicking away and other times they say they've sadly had a miscarriage.

Unfortunately not this time I had 2 more small bleeds and today during the scan all the could see is blood in my uterus so I’m expecting a bleed. I know it’s crap however I’m relieved I’m no longer in limbo. I know not all bleeds lead to miscarriage, when I was pregnant with my daughter I bled heavily for 5 weeks with no idea why.

Hi guys, I’m 5 weeks pregnant and have had some sort of fibrous tissue pass through my vagina, but no bleeding. I have to wait for 6 week scan to confirm if I still have a growing fetus or whether I miscarried. The lump was dark red and tough, like a winegum and the size of a cherry tomato, has anyone had similar? Agonising to have to wait a week to find out.

Just to add - the early pregnancy unit told me it was too big to be a fetus at 5 weeks, but also that passing anything is not a good sign. Any advice?
