Brown discharge! Am I miscarrying?

Hi,

Today when I was wiping I noticed brownish coloured discharge. Sorry for TMI but when I wipe a little bit more up to check there's brownish discharge inside as well.

I previously had a miscarriage. It started off with a little red blood which turned brown and was spotting brown blood. I then found out I had a empty sac at 7 weeks.

I'm 5 weeks today and EPAU will only see me the earliest being 6 weeks. I'm terrified every single moment of every single day worrying sick to my stomach when I feel something coming out thinking it's blood and now this has happened. I feel like history is repeating itself. I don't know what to do. Has anyone experienced this and lead to miscarriage or any other outcome? I don't know who to turn to.
