Hi I’m a young sexually active young woman and last month I spontaneously bled with really bad back pain and stomach ache I never felt it before like this, I’m on the pill and I missed a couple pills the month before but didn’t notice any signs of pregnancy other than constipation, I felt a lot of pressure on my lower abdomen and went to the toilet and felt like I needed to poo but passed a rather large brown clot a few days after I felt the pain and the bleeding had gone I’m worried it was a miscarriage and was hoping I could get some clarity. I know this might be a sensitive for some but I've tried to attach a pic of what I passed when I felt a lot of pressure but I'm a new user and it won't let me if anyone could help I'd appreciate it I can send a pic if anyone could or would help me know
