Bleeding 4 wks ? Chemical pregnancy

Advice much appreciated! Have read posts a lot during my last TTC journey & this one - always helpful. 3 days ago had faint BFP on day AF due (approx 14dpo) - then started spotting, over next 2 days heavier red bleeding & few small clots, but overall bleeding not as heavy as AF. Yday BFP line was slightly darker but had more bleeding after this. Today bleeding essentially stopped. Feel like most likely a chemical pregnancy sadly but clinging on to a glimmer of hope! Planning to test again tomorrow AM & if negative or fainter obviously I know the answer, but hoping may still be positive & the bleeding might be something else…Any thoughts / similar experiences? X

@Bops345 sorry to hear you are going through this. I am too, i had a very faint positive followed by 2 days period like bleeding. I assumed it was all over and yesterday (a week after bleeding started) I did a test to see if hormones had returned to normal and I was shocked to see the line was much darker. Totally confused and worried about possible eptopic because of heavy bleeding and test line not as dark as i think it should be if I am pregnant.
i hope some people reply with their experiences.I am sure you are going out of your mind like I am!

Any more news on this @Stargazer89My line darker again thismorning (waited 3 days to test again) but have been spotting on / off more the last few days… just wondering whether to wait it out another week and test again or get a blood test to find out what the situation is..

Hi @Bops345 I called the doctors yesterday and they have refered me to the EPU so I went in for bloods this morning and going back on Thursday for repeats to see if they are riding properly.
I’d give your doctor a call if I were you. Sounds like we are in pretty much identical situations. z it’s horrible not knowing isn’t it x

Yes the not knowing is difficult @Stargazer89 - wishing you all the best for your results, do keep me posted. I think I will call my Dr later in the week if still no change on the tests. X

Hi @Bops345 how are you? My bloods came back from tuesday and they were low at 78! they said that doesn’t mean anything until we get next lot which i had earlier today and waiting on now. So still none the wiser x
