Hi everyone, sorry we are all in this thread.
I have suffered a late miscarriage back in May and cannot get over it.
I've been started on citalopram last week and seen mental health nurse today. She advised mindfulness or meditation apps which I am open to. I have been looking tonight and found one which has exercises for pregnant women and have found it upsetting. Does anyone have any experience of self help/ apps etc that has been helpful following this kind of loss?
