Oh you poor thing, I am so sorry.
I have been reading so much about pregnancy and one of my books mentions certain nutrients can help prevent miscarriage I think . I can look tomorrow and also do look at Nourish with Melanie videos on you tube in case she has any on miscarriage . I’m pregnant at nearly 43 so there is definitely hope, I do hope it gets easier for you x

Sorry for you loss its devastating im 51 now, when I was 34 i had an ectopic pregnancy lost my tube followed by 4 miscarriages in 14 months. I had a son who is now 28. I had found out the year before that I and most of my family had a balanced translocation , which basically means a defective gene and i k rw i had a high chance of having miscarriaged. Knowing that helped me with my losses. I was lucky with the next 2 pregnancies amd my ds and dd are 14 and 11 now. The odds were stacked against us, but we got there in the end its so.soul destroying, I think they will.investigate after 3 miscarriages. Take care.

That’s ok. I hope you are ok as it’s a lot to go through and I do hope you have a full term pregnancy soon. I am surprised what a focus on nutrition and supplements can do even with what seems an already healthy diet sometimes as it’s easy to be short of important things like zinc, magnesium , choline etc. There’s a clinic in the US who helps families even before conception and in a group of 500 families managed to cut down all miscarriages and also prevalence of autism, called the P2i project . I don’t know much about it but does give hope with recurrent miscarriages xx
