Mmc options help needed

Hi I found out I had a another mmc via a private scan last week. Today I saw epu for a confirmation scan.
I should be 9 weeks now, it seems that baby has started to shrink as now only measuring 6+1, they said sac is now an irregular shape after the scan on Friday said it looked ok, they also said there is a lot of blood around the sac
I have been given the option of waiting but they will only allow 5 days due to risk of infection, mva which I don’t think I can do personally as I know I will hear or at least be aware that they are removing my baby from me (I know it’s dead but I just can’t bare that thought), medical management which I had last time and don’t feel that I can go through again or a d&c which will be my preferred choice.
The issue I have is childcare. So i can’t get childcare for my other dc until Friday.
Does anyone know, and I appreciate everyone’s experience is going to be different, if the sonographer is saying the sac has changed and there is blood there now what would be the chances of me miscarrying naturally in the next 4 days?
Is it unlikely or very probable?
The nurse I spoke to after seems to think unlikely because if it hasn’t happened before now then it’s not likely in days, more likely weeks however between Friday and today I went from a baby measuring 7+ weeks, normal looking sac and no blood to the complete opposite today
I’m just so confused
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated

Hello @Anon0707 so sorry for your loss [flowers}
I really don't know the likelihood of this all starting naturally before Friday. I have heard both possibilities from other ladies on this board e.g. it taking weeks or it coming before they've been booked in for the surgery. I had the D&C quite quickly both times I've miscarried. It is all over when you are asleep and was physically very easy in my opinion. It obviously doesn't help with the loss and sadness.
Sorry to not be able to help directly but thinking of you
x

I'm so sorry you are now a member of this shit club Flowers

I would strongly recommend MVA and if you can sort childcare. Why do you think you would hear it? I was put under general anaesthetic for mine and I thought this was usual?
