Private investigations after three losses

Hello, I've never posted on here before, I guess I'm seeking advice and reassurance.

I'm 37, have one 9 year old son & a bicorniute uterus (feeling pretty doomed to be honest, but I'm quite relentless when I put my mind to something - so any success stories welcome!) I've suffered three losses since January, the first at 7 weeks, the second at 10 weeks and the third at 12 weeks. I seem to get pregnant easily, which I'm grateful for, though cannot seem to keep the babies going. Currently in the process of picking myself up and dusting myself off for the third time since my loss last week.

Fortunately, I've found I'm able to gain access to investigations via my bupa cover. I've been looking online and found good feedback for Dr Ria at the Lindo Wing at St Mary's.

Though some say they do not test for NK cells. Does anyone have any further information/recent experience or advice regarding the best private clinics to visit in the south east/London area? Or feedback regarding Dr Ria?

I would be so happy (desperate) to hear from others regarding this.

Thank you x
