Threatened miscarriage help!!

Hi everyone

I am new to this but desperately seeking reassurance which I can’t seem to find with Google!

I’m approximately 4 weeks pregnant at the moment - I did a test last week which revealed a positive result. I only actually did the test as before that I had been bleeding on an off for a couple of weeks and thought this was unusual! I have now been bleeding on and off for 3 of the 4 weeks I have been pregnant, only ever when I go to the toilet and never soaking through a pad at all - but sometimes with small clots.

Called the docs who said they can’t do anything until 6 weeks so I just have to wait and see for the next 2 but it’s killing me not knowing what’s happening!

I’ve had mild cramps but nothing too severe……anyone else experienced this or is able to give any advice?

Bleeding is very common in early pregnancy op.
Is it only when you wipe?
Cramping/aching is also common as your body is already adjusting.
Ofc if the blood is heavy and bright, and your cramps are very painful then something can be wrong.

Sadly there isn't a lot they can do in early pregnancy, blood tests, an internal scan will give you answers.
The wait is very hard
