I wrote on here earlier about my experience of having positive pregnancy tests 4 weeks after the D&C. I finally was internally scanned again yesterday. I still have a mass meaning that I have to undergo the D&C. They said that after my last procedure the tissue was sent away and tested and there was no abnormalities. She said this would happen again this time. She has suspected that my missed miscarriage was actually a molar pregnancy and so as well as the D&C procedure they are monitoring my HCG levels. Obviously I know if this second surgery doesn’t work and my HCG levels don’t decrease then I’ll be referred to London to be tested for GTD. Anyone else gone through this scenario and it all worked out after the second D&C?
