How much loss/pain is normal?

I found out it having a mmc when I started bleeding Wednesday night, yesterday I spent all day having contraction like pain and passed I think 4 big clots, I thought that would be all but today I'm still in pain. Just wondering what others experience was in terms of how long the pain was for? Don't know how this all works 😔 thank you 💕
