Hi there,
I had a private scan 2 days ago and expected to be 9w5d along. Baby only measured 8 weeks and no heartbeat detected. Got bloods done and have to go to epu in the morning for another scan and more bloods to confirm MMC. I have accepted the outcome but is there anyone in a similar situation with a good outcome. I could possibly be wrong on my dates but think I am just trying to have a tiny bit of hope even though I know its a MMC. Thanks.

I'm so sorry this has happened to you.
Similar happened to me last year- went for a scan expecting to be 9 weeks, baby measured 8 weeks and no heartbeat detected. Had to wait a few days to be seen again. Even though I knew what the outcome would be I held on to a teeny tiny bit of hope that they would find a heartbeat and say it was all a mistake. Sadly they didn't and I opted for medical management.
It's really sad and unfair. Take care of yourself x
