How does miscarriage bleeding start is it on and off with pain or no pain does it start with spotting for a few days followed by a heavy bleed and cramp?? I had a miscarriage 3 years ago but I don't remember how it began all I remember was during my scan they couldn't find a heartbeat and they advised me to wait it out naturally until the miscarriage happens.
