Hi everyone. This is my first post and just after a bit of advice.
I went for my scan at 13 weeks 4 days, to be told first that my bladder was too empty and they couldn’t see anything. I went to empty my bladder (felt very full, had a long wee) and went back in for a vaginal scan. They could see the sac but it was empty. We were absolutely devastated and just wanted to come home.
They agreed to let me wait two weeks to see if I miscarried naturally, I haven’t. I’m expecting a call from them tomorrow, where I will be one day shy of 16 weeks. No blood, nothing.
Obviously I’m expecting them to want me to go in for medical management, they said the sac was too big to have the tablets at home. I guess my question is , has anyone been through this and no bleeding at all? And will I be able to have a scan before any medical procedure? I know that there is no baby there but I just feel the need to before I take the next steps.
