Back story - had myomectomy June to remove fibroids. Three weeks ago had light spotting on and off for 10 days and put it down to a period as that would of been first one since op. Last week kept feeling really light headed and sick. Doctors told me was vertigo as had a head cold too. Later on in the week started getting really metallic taste in my mouth and could not stop drinking water, I was just thirsty all the time. Sunday morning did a Femometer hcg, came back positive. Did another Monday morning, positive. Both with faint lines, but seeable. Woke up in the night with cramps and then started to bleed but very light, tested again this morning with clear blue and Femometer (same wee) both negative, now suffering bad cramps and bleeding too. Am I having an early miscarriage? What do I do? I don’t really want to take a space up in a&e if it’s not needed but I have absolutely no idea what to do?!
