I think I’m having early miscarriage 4+4

Hey ladies,
I have just recently found out I was pregnant, and I am 100% sure I am miscarrying again (this will be my 3rd, I also have two healthy children).
I woke this morning with bleeding and it was incredibly heavy for 2/3 hours, the pain is something unbearable, I can’t ever remember it being this painful in the past. I have also started with terrible diarrhoea. The bleeding is starting to ease now slightly. I’m absolutely devastated. I haven’t passed any clots at all, but I can feel pressure on my cervix like something needs to pass and it feels like I need to push, when I do it’s just diarrhoea (I’m so sorry for being graphic) but no clots at all. I’ve had to have surgery with a previous miscarriage and really hope I don’t have to have another one.

I’m really just looking for some reassurance at the moment. Luckily I have been able to get into EPU first thing in the morning. Thank you ladies ❤️

I'm so sorry, it does sound like a miscarriage - I've had 6 and 4 of them were like you describe (the others were late).

Be kind to yourself, give yourself time to be sad - it is a horrible, awful thing to go through and can feel very lonely.

Good you got into the EPU most wouldn't do anything at this early stage

It would probably be too early to require surgery if it is a miscarriage- some would just class it as a chemical pregnancy as cruel as it is
