Am I miscarrying?

Hello, I am hoping somebody will be able to help.

After implantation brown blood bleeding for 3 days I took a test - positive 1-2 weeks which worked out right for me so would have been 4 weeks last Monday

This Sunday I started bleeding brown-ish blood, and yesterday cramping pain different to what I had been experiencing so far.
I have not clotted or passed any tissue like clots but I wondering if I am at the beginning of a miscarriage :(

I have done another test today which says pregnant 2-3 weeks so my levels aren’t decreasing?

It could still be some implantation bleeding. It's still so early so I would just keep an eye on it. You would only really be able to get your bHCG checked at this stage. Brown blood has never meant anything good for me sadly but others have gone on to have their babies.

Fingers crossed all is good for you x

Unfortunately nobody can give you an answer. Brown blood is quite common in healthy pregnancies (and is not as concerning as fresh red blood) but brown blood has also signified a miscarriage for lots of women. So it could go either way Flowers
Cramping is very common in early pregnancy so try not to worry too much about that.
Having said that, Clearblue weeks are not overly accurate. They weren’t with my pregnancies and if they were accurate, doctors would use them as a diagnostic tool.
After miscarriage, hcg levels can still increase so I wouldn’t rely on your tests for answers.

I hope everything goes well for you. Despite the above, many many many women experience bleeding and cramping in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy pregnancies Flowers

Thank you so much! 🤞🏼
They say the early pregnancy unit won’t see me till 6+ weeks so fingers crossed we make it the other side of the weekend x

That is handy to know about your levels I thought they would naturally decrease if you were miscarrying - thank you!

Between 4 and 10 weeks I had that. Cramping, brown blood, pinky streaks. I didn’t have any of that with my first pregnancy so was really scared but all turned out to be fine. Levels increasing is a really good sign
