Two MMC

I've had two missed miscarriages and just looking to see if this has happened to anyone else and they've gone on to have a healthy pregnancy. At the moment I'm just thinking what's the point, it will just happen again and I honestly don't think I could handle it.

I have just recently had a mmc -i had the surgical operation last friday - im 38 and im so worried that it will happen again! I dont think if i got pregnant again that I would be able to relax and enjoy it ! Its so hard isnt it :( there will be so many people who have had 2 mmc and gone on to have healthy pregnancies- its so hard to get your head around though isnt it xx

I'm so sorry for your loss and that you had to go through that. It's awful.

Yes this time round every twinge had me in panic mode. I think what's worse with the mmc is that you've no symptoms and don't know it's happened until the scan.

I really actually don't know if I can go through it again. Having two in a row has just messed me up completely. I know as you said many people probably go on to have healthy pregnancies but it's always the what if 😭

I hope you are doing ok after the procedure.

I had three MMC and then had the testing for recurrent miscarriages. They found nothing wrong and offered me no advice for future pregnancies.
I was terrified to try again but My 4th pregnancy resulted in my now 2 year old.
I did nothing differently so I guess it was just good luck! x

Me too. Second in a row for me! It's so rubbish. I have a 2 year old boy and everything was so easy with him. I'm 40 now with hypothyroidism so it feels like more odds are against us. There are so many positive stories out there though. We need to try to not give up hope xx
