Went to the doctor last week and pregnancy confirmed, however ultrasound could not detect anything so doctor believed then it was < 5 weeks. Started bleeding on and off but slowly getting heavier over the last 7 days, I'm quite certain I'm miscarrying. I passed a clot today, was wondering whether this could be a sac/embryo? Want to hear your thoughts, thanks.
